With over 14 years of experience in Advertising and Marketing Technology, Timmy is the founder and CEO of CultureSync Media. Having lived in London and currently based in Hong Kong, he brings extensive expertise spanning Europe and Asia. His experience includes managing business across the UK and Europe and leading regional market initiatives in Hong Kong.

Combining strategic vision with deep technical knowledge, Timmy has driven the incubation and growth of innovative advertising solutions that deliver measurable business impact. His background includes leadership roles at SCMP, Shopping.com (eBay), leading AdTech firms such as Blis Media, and 4A agencies. Notable achievements include launching one of Asia’s first publisher-led first-party data platforms and the globally recognized Signal brand safety platform.

This blend of hands-on execution and strategic insight enables Timmy to develop tailored, cross-cultural marketing solutions that resonate with diverse audiences and unlock growth.
